A mid to late,19th-century Japanese Imari ware bowl, with rich colourful decoration, typical of porcelain decorated in this style. The bowl is made from high-quality white kaolin clay (porcelain), which enhances the hand-painted blue, orange, and red pattern which exhibits the elegance of classical Japanese Imari art. It measures almost 10 inches across and 4 inches in height. A perfect piece, with no cracks or crazing, a lovely example of an old fashioned Antique.
