This bayonet has German markings and was probably in use with German forces, withdrawn from service and contracted to Portugal, No marks on the blade or scabbard. Eagle below the flash guard. + 2x acceptance marks on pommel. SN on the side of the pommel. Frog in black leather conforming with period German examples. No visible markings on the frog but believed to be German.
