James Powell & Sons, Whitefrairs - A 'clock-face' cut decanter and stopper, the flattened bottle form body cut in Whitefrairs 'Spanish' style with a 8 pointed star motif encircles by alternating hatching and polished lenses beneath a similarly decorated flat teardrop stopper. Circa 1880. Condition - Excellent with no damage.
