This is an example of German porcelain model of KingFisher with a fish. The German porcelain was operated from 1899-1990. In 1860 Karl Ens(pater) and a man by the name of Triebner established a porcelain manufacturing business called Triebner Ens & Co. In 1899 he left the company starting a new business,which gained reputation for producing high quality porcelains.
The company founder has two sons,Karl and Eduard. Karl junior ran the factory from 1919-1939. Finally the company was privatized in 1990.
Size 15 cm high and in good condition.
